I usually don't bother with reviews but I could not let this opportunity pass. We moved to NC from Illinois. Anna was extremely knowledgeable about the area, housing market, home construction and home repairs. This lady has experience! We bought a home that was unoccupied for some time and Anna was diligent in setting up required inspections and researching the history of the home. She sent extensive, timely emails describing her progress. She coordinated inspections for the septic system, HVAC, flooring, pool, well, in addition to the routine home inspection and land survey. We took the plunge and bought the house. Many systems required repair or replacement. Her carpet guy came in significantly lower than the flooring store in Durham. We are still in the process of fixing it up but so far she has not steered us wrong. Even after the sale, she has continued to assist us. Anna is a pro and extremely hard-working. She did a ton of work compared to the realtor who sold our house. We were lucky we found her.
