I rarely rate anyone tops in every area but Anna Terry excelled in every way as she worked with our family of my husband and our adult son to find the right home for us to downsize to that would fit in our price range and still meet our needs for a household with 3 adults with some health challenges. She met with us as we traveled back and forth to the area for medical appointments over a period of almost a year to help us locate the right place. She made sure our interests were represented when we could not be present at the first walk through since we were out of state. I could not have asked for a better realtor who knows the business and deeply cares about her clients. She was a blessing to our family and I am privileged to recommend her highly.

Anna is the most professional residential agent we have ever used. She has a good group of contractors to preform any needed repairs or changes to help the house sell. Also has a great understanding of the local market and is not afraid to tell the truth about pricing.

We moved from out of state and had a limited time to find a home. Anna was able to make time on short notice to show properties for several hours each day for three days, I do not know what I would have done without her! I returned home to NH and my wife and I discussed the homes I had seen. Anna was able to meet the home inspector and pest inspector for us as well as assist in negotiating a more reasonable price on the home than was listed.

Anna was recommended to my wife and I by a network connection, and she was our first choice for our home sale. We were on a tight schedule due to an impending cross-country move and both she and her partner Cindie Burns were incredibly helpful and we are very happy that we chose them to conduct our home sale. Anna was straightforward about what she thought the house would require for a fast, fair sale (in terms of repairs, landscaping, and pricing) and was able to have the work performed quickly at excellent cost to us. The house was under contract within days of its first showing (at a price higher than asking due to some excellent negotiation) and it closed on time without any issues. Anna and Cindie made the entire process as easy as possible. They were immediately available via phone/email/text which was fortunate since we were three time zones away for the entire process. We would highly recommend them if you are in the market!
