Anna is the best! I have dealt with other realtors over the years, and have never had such a positive experience. She is a professional with a heart. I usually don't bother with reviews but I could not let this opportunity pass. We moved to NC from Illinois. Anna was extremely knowledgeable about the area, housing market, home construction and home repairs. This lady has experience! We bought a home that was unoccupied for some time and Anna was diligent in setting up required inspections and researching the history of the home. She sent extensive, timely emails describing her progress. She coordinated inspections for the septic system, HVAC, flooring, pool, well, in addition to the routine home inspection and land survey. We took the plunge and bought the house. Many systems required repair or replacement. Her carpet guy came in significantly lower than the flooring store in Durham. We are still in the process of fixing it up but so far she has not steered us wrong. Even after the sale, she has continued to assist us. Anna is a pro and extremely hard-working. She did a ton of work compared to the realtor who sold our house. We were lucky we found her.

Anna recently helped my wife and I sell our house. She has been the best in giving us advice on all aspects of selling our house. She helped us find a buyer in under a week and went the extra mile to do what she could in finding us a best people for our house.
